Protocol if you’re going to get the vaccine

Step 1 – Start thus 7 days to 2 weeks before you go for your vaccination.

Take the following supplements:

  • Glutathione – ½ teaspoon, 3x a day
  • C-RLA – Contains Vitamin C. ½ teaspoon, 3x a day
  • Binder – 1-2 level teaspoons per day. Any binder like charcoal, clay, zeolite is appropriate.
  • Quercetin – 2 tabs morning and night (500mg per cap/tab)
  • Vitamin D – 2000 IU per day or depending on your levels

Step 2 – On the day of vaccination and for the next week, continue all supplements except for the C-RLA and the Binder. (This handout recommends pausing supplements for one week. However, if you have an autoimmune disease, please speak to your practitioner. It may be wise to continue your Quercetin, NAC, B Vitamin, and Glutathione in this one week).

Step 3 – 1 week post-vaccination, add the following supplements:

  • Cytoquel – 1 cap x 3 a day, contains N-Acetyl Cysteine, Curcumin, Resveratrol
  • Transfer Factor Multi Immune – 3 caps in the morning, one hour before breakfast

Below are the reasons for taking the above supplements

  • NAC – counteracts excessive clotting as it is an anticoagulant and has thrombolytic effects (it breaks up clots), it thins mucous and helps make glutathione. 500-600mg twice a day.
  • Zinc ionophore – quercetin/green tea/hydroxychloroquine. Zinc ionophores open the door to the cell membrane and allow for zinc to go inside the cell.
  • Vitamin D – ensure that your range is 60-80 ng/ML International Units and for Australians 100-150 nmol/L.
  • Vitamin C – works well with Vitamin C. Quercetin needs Vitamin C.
